Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented full-time Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment. This position is vital in helping us provide a comfortable space for our employees and customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces
  • Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and notify management of any needed repairs
  • Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Perform occasional deep cleaning tasks as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift items
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and trustworthy
  • Must be able to clean both Male and Female toilets

Job Title: Administrative Clerk
Location: GT2 Healthcare Sdn Bhd
Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,500

 

Job Overview:

The role is to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities. This position involves handling clerical and administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, correspondence management, and scheduling. The clerk must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software and equipment. The clerk will be required to work closely with various departmental heads to facilitate efficient workflow and provide support for essential business functions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and office documentation.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Provide support in handling office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative clerk, office assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment. Knowledge with SQL accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanour and strong customer service skills.

Dr Syed Ali has vast experience in the sterilisation field and is widely considered in Malaysia as the expert and pioneer in sterilisation services. He established the first independent Certified Sterilisation Service Centre and oversaw the sterilisation of over 1 million cubic metres of products – a feat achieved by very few in the industry.

Desmond ensures customers’ needs and requirements are thoroughly captured in order for the team to provide tailored service experiences.
