Dr Syed Ali Aljffri Syed Jan Aljffri

Chief Executive Officer
Dr Syed Ali has vast experience in the sterilisation field and is widely considered in Malaysia as the expert and pioneer in sterilisation services. He established the first independent Certified Sterilisation Service Centre and oversaw the sterilisation of over 1 million cubic metres of products – a feat achieved by very few in the industry.
Narizah binti Mohamed Saad

Head Microbiologist
Narizah has over 25 years of experience in the sterilisation industry, including tenures as a microbiologist for Maersk Medical Kulim Plant and SterilGamma. She has also worked in training, marketing, and research, with expertise in bioburden monitoring, environmental control, and viral DNA analysis.
Desmond Loi

General Manager - Business Development
As a double degree business graduate from Australia with over 10 years of experience in Operations, HR, and Management, Desmond has overseen and managed palm oil plantations spanning over 15,000 acres in East Malaysia – from inception through to delivery. Desmond ensures customers’ needs and requirements are thoroughly captured in order for the team to provide tailored service experiences.
Ho Wei Hon

General Manager - Technical Operations
Having worked in Australia for 12 years in construction engineering and property, Wei Hon has further trained in building facilities engineering with a strong focus in healthcare engineering maintenance as both engineer and technical manager. Wei Hon brings a wealth of healthcare related engineering and maintenance experience to GT2 Healthcare to ensure seamless operation of the plant and maximise output efficiency for customers.
